Outcome

Outcome

  • Sports Access Initiatives: Enhanced participation opportunities for thousands of girls through sports camps, clinics, and structured programs in partnership with grassroots organizations.


  • Policy and Awareness: Encouraged systemic shifts in the sports industry by launching initiatives advocating for equal sports access and investment in programs aimed specifically at women and girls.


  • Capacity Building: Established resources and training modules for coaches and community leaders, enabling sustainable progress in gender equity at the local and institutional levels.


  • Community Engagement: Created a platform for over 50,000 young women across Europe to engage in sports, emphasizing confidence-building and skill development.
