Aim

Empower individuals with disabilities through combat and strength sports, promoting self-sufficiency, assertiveness, and financial independence.


Increase self-esteem and social value by participating in martial arts, supporting personal rehabilitation.


Use martial arts as a dual strategy (physical and meditative) to improve functional capacity, physical performance, and postural control for chronic illness management.

Outcome

Develop an ECVET-compliant curriculum and training materials, including a handbook for martial arts rehabilitation.


Train professionals on applying martial arts and various intervention modalities to assist people with Cerebral Palsy (CP).


Create dedicated videos demonstrating rehabilitation exercises through martial arts.


Develop online and mobile applications (Android, iOS) for accessible, on-the-go training.


Evaluate and assess outcomes through piloting in Bulgaria and Türkiye.


Organize two multiplier events in Bulgaria and Türkiye, bringing together over 200 stakeholders for large-scale dissemination.
