Aim

Introduce theatrical methods and tools to help youth workers use their bodies more effectively, creatively, and relaxed when working with young people, especially those with fewer opportunities. These approaches aim to inspire young people to engage their bodies in a similar way, activating their physical presence and creativity.

Outcome

Outcome

Enhanced Body Awareness: Participants learn and apply techniques to improve physical self-awareness through various forms of theatre, including physical theatre, improvisational theatre, and interactive theatre.


Strengthened Body: Activities such as contemporary dance, butoh, and contact improvisation help participants strengthen and activate their bodies.


Improved Group Dynamics: Group games encourage collaboration, solidarity, and attentiveness, promoting a healthy relationship with one's own body.


Fostered Empathy: Games are designed to develop empathy, helping participants better understand and connect with others.
