Aim
To inspire, activate, and connect young people aged 12 to 18 through movement and fun via the platform SWEEP.be. There, young people discover their "movement type" (e.g., Buzzer, Zoomer, Blitzer) and receive tailored activity suggestions.
The initiative also supports teachers with tools, tips, and ready-to-use lesson materials to integrate more physical activity into any subject, from biology to music.

SWEEP was first piloted in the province of Antwerp in 2022, reaching nearly 6,000 young people. Based on feedback from both students and teachers, the platform was refined and expanded in 2023 for broader use across Flanders.
The project successfully engaged youth who typically face higher barriers to physical activity. Teachers reported that SWEEP made it easier to integrate movement into lessons and helped boost student motivation and participation.
