Primary objective: To create an e-bike-assisted at-home care service that improves the quality of healthcare services, increases the efficiency of the service and promotes a more sustainable and environmentally friendly mode of transportation. Secondary objective: increase the physical activity of healthcare officials and patients.

Outcome
Faster and more cost-effective working conditions, increase in professionals physical activities. In the first year (2023) of a pilot project in Kadikoy, Turkey, the system served over 5000 citizens yearly, achieving a 20% increase in people served. This impressive result shows the effectiveness of the e-bike assisted at-home care service in providing sustainable and high-quality healthcare services to the elderly population in Kadikoy
