The Healthy Lifestyles for Europe (HL4EU) Erasmus+ project is inviting organisations across sectors to participate in our Call for Good Practice Sharing. We are seeking real-world examples of successful cross-sector collaborations that promote healthy lifestyles through physical activity. By gathering and sharing these initiatives, we aim to inspire and support the movement toward a healthier and more active Europe.
HL4EU initiative is dedicated to fostering cross-sector collaborations for healthier lifestyles. Our consortium unites leading NGOs and sector representatives from the fields of physical activity, outdoor and sport, mobility, health, patient and caregiver communities. Together, we strive to create environments that support active living and drive transformative change, with a strong focus on preventive health approaches. Moreover, we aim to establish lasting collaborations among sectors, break down silos, strengthen networks, and enable impactful cross-sector initiatives that will continue beyond the project’s timeline.
HL4EU Cross-sectoral Good Practices Platform serves as a repository of successful cross-sector collaborations, showcasing sustainable strategies that can enhance the impact of public funding and serve as a source of inspiration for future initiatives.
To expand our platform and maximise its impact, we are seeking successful cross-sector initiatives that promote healthy lifestyles through physical activity. If your organisation has been involved in such a project, we encourage you to share your experience and contribute to this valuable resource. Your insights will help shape future European policy initiatives and drive meaningful, lasting change across sectors.
